Sesame crusted Tuna after the show

For those people who visited our booth today on the OWTV bridal show at the Wyndham Resort thank you for stopping by our booth. I must tell there were plenty of people. We met dozend of brides and vendors alike. I think I was lucky to be placed beside the Chocolate Fountain! that was awesome. The strawberries and Chocolate??? cannot beat that. Anyways, the show was great ending up with the fashion show with a hawaiin flare, I must say that was a successful show, Congratulations to OWTV.

So why am I telling you this if the heading is Sesame Crusted Tuna? I will tell you in a second....

After the bridal show, we were hungry. Asked why? we woke up late, set up late and did not get a chance to grab a bite, that's how the Sesame crusted tuna begins. We were exiting the wyndham resort and there it was in front of us, Bone Fish. If anyone of you knows us personally, we love FOOD! so we went to bone fish. The ambiance was nice, very family friendly. We sat and ordered our drinks, then the server came up and told us about the special so we asked her her suggestion. She suggested the sesame crusted tuna tips. The tuna sounds good but it is cooked rare, not sure if I will like it but my wife convinced me to getting it as an appetizer and getting other things for the the main entree. The food came and it smells good. I cut a piece, it feels like cutting a butter stick! I tried a first small bite to "test it" and gosh that was EXCELLENT!!! it melts in your mouth, not even a hint of fishy after taste I cannot describe how it taste like but I can tell you the experience. It was the best fish I tasted in my life..... We gobbled it up in seconds... The main entree came, the rest of the food was good but the tuna was excellent.

The bill came and the money that I spent was worth the food. Just thinking about it makes me salivate. If you have not been to bone fish and love fish try it some time and I am sure you will love it.
