Dinner with Martina and Adam

We just had a fun time tonight. My wife and I had dinner with Martina and Adam whom is a new client of ours. They were referred by their friends Sommer and Peter, both of the couples are getting married in March next year and sure glad that both of them are a total blast. We went to Clay Oven Indian restaurant in Longwood. Since, Martina is originally from India, we had a priveleged table. The friendly chef turned out to be from the same town and "street" of Martina's in India and guess what we had the greatest food selection suggested by the chef himself. Let me tell you though about the chef, he is the nicest man but maaan! as I previously mentioned before Marttina and the chef came from the same town so the chef just got back from India for a vacation and he was telling us about his nice trip then suddenly he talked about an accident and some passengers are decapitated! Anyways, we listened and then he left to attend to our food. He came visit our table again after they served the food to asked if everything is well and ofcourse we love the food. So we were talking again now it is about the food, diffrent degree of spicyness and different indian cuisine and bam again, he was talking about another incident with people with their guts out or something like that (believe me I don't know how the guts out conversation started). Don't get me worng I like the man and his cooking but the topic was quite funny :):):) The night has ended with laughter and Martina and Adam was quite a company, It wasawesome! I can't wait to do their engagement in front of the "yellow wall," Adams favorite picture that I took for another couple a month ago. Anyways, we are hoping that we can have dinner again with them and Sommer and Peter too next time.

So if anyone of you would like to try authentic indian food try Clay Oven they are located at 1275 S Us Highway 17 92 Longwood, FL 32750. I don't think they have a website yet but you can also contact them via phone at (407) 696-7775. Try the portuguese style chicken, Mongolian cauliflower, lamb rogan Josh or something that sounds like that, Chicken curry and the mango shake with yogurt. For dessert pictachio ice cream with rosewater and mango ice cream (my personal favorite).
