We won, we won, we won!!! January 17, 2006, just a typical day and very busy. Cecily and I are planning to go to the Central Florida Bride ne for the best ad and best vendor of the year award night (brides go to the magazines website or fill out a form from the magazine and vote from there, they ofcourse voted for their favorites). As I was saying, we are not sure if we are going we thought we will not going to win anyway but decided to go, we thought one night of fun to see people that we work with in a casual night and the tasty martinis can lift our spirits. We arrived around 15 minutes late and was surprised to see the academy award statue (the gold thing) in the front with a red carpet to match it and I thought this will be "really" fun. So we did the usual hi, hello to everybody and headed for the martini line. On our way there, we saw two familiar faces, Sheila and Mike our bride and groom from early this year (I meant 2005). Sheila in her elegant black dress and her husband Mike in a Tux. We were surprised to see them. We said hello and chat for awhile. They told us that they were invited together with the other couples that participated. Moments later, Joe Halbrucker from the Central Florida Bride started to announce the winner, we are so shocked and happy to receive the Bride's photographer's choice award for 2005 and the most shocking of it all is we won the Best Vendor of the Year 2005 and that Sheila and Mike is there to say the kindest, and most flattering words in our behalf. We are grateful that we made it that night and to tell everbody the truth it was really a FUN night....
